Graysen was a champ and even fell asleep during the visit. Unfortunately it was right before his shots (he only cried for a minute or so afterwards, though). His stats: 14 lbs 11 oz weight (98%); 23.75 inches long (80%) and head is 64%. He's the second biggest of our kids at this age, only smaller than Mckay.
Finley spent the morning worried about the doctor and/or nurse forgetting that Graysen was getting the shots and NOT her. Oh, and she also was fascinated in licking everything in the exam room, from the chair to the wall.
Anden was on one and would not settle down or listen to anything I said. Maybe he was feeling stressful from Mckay having surgery?! Not sure what was going on, but he got really upset when I wouldn't let him have a lollipop at the end of the visit and our pediatrician (who I love) actually got on to him for being disrespectful to me. I was impressed, but Anden was not happy about being called out in public and threw an even bigger tantrum.
Mckay came home groggy, groggy, and more groggy. He threw up once (right after getting home) but has since done really well all day taking his meds and eating/drinking. This kid has quite the appetite! Hoping his meds keep working--we have to wake him up throughout the night for the next 5 days to keep him drugged. He'll be much happier when this is all behind him. Oh, and his voice has changed. Still Mckay, but slightly different. Pretty strange.
